Built From the Ground Up
Engineered LVL floor joists fly into position from both sides, each spinning through the air before locking in. Rim boards seal the perimeter. A 19/32" OSB deck drops — solid as a rock before a single wall goes up.

Individual 2×6 wall studs rotate in from every direction, one at a time. As each stud locks into place, the warm orange glow of construction work lights bleeds through the gaps. This is the skeleton everything hangs from.

Watch each brick arrive individually — tumbling through the dark air before finding its course in running bond. The mortar joints set at 3/8". This is the face your neighbors will see for the next 100 years.
