Site Selection & Acquisition
Ido personally evaluates every lot. Location, zoning, soil, and neighborhood trajectory all factor into whether a site earns the Polak Homes name. If it doesn't meet the standard, we pass.
Design & Engineering
We design townhomes that work — for real families, real life. Smart floor plans, proper ceiling heights, natural light, and storage that makes sense. Engineering is done right before a single shovel hits dirt.
Foundation & Framing
The foundation is not where we cut corners — ever. A properly engineered slab is the difference between a home that lasts 30 years and one that lasts 100. Framing follows with the same precision.
Systems & Envelope
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are roughed in by trusted trades Ido has worked with for years. The building envelope — insulation, windows, roofing — is sealed for Houston's climate and built to last.
Interior Finishing
This is where the home comes alive. Flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixtures are all selected for quality and longevity — not the cheapest option that looks good in a listing photo.
Final Walkthrough & Handover
Ido does the final walkthrough himself. Every detail is checked. Every question is answered. The handover isn't a formality — it's a commitment that the relationship continues long after you move in.
